Amundi Hellas M.F.M.C. is Amundi Group’s subsidiary dedicated to the Greek market and operates under the 3283/04 Law in order to create and manage mutual funds and offer investments services.
Amundi acquired the majority of the company on the 31st of December 2009. The key dates of Amundi Hellas M.F.M.C. are:
1972: Hermes M.F.M.C. (1st Mutual Fund Management Company in Greece)
2001: Emporiki Asset Management Investment Services S.A.
2001: CAAM joins Emporiki Bank Group as a strategic partner in the Asset Management field
2007: Merger of Hermes M.F.M.C. & Emporiki Asset Management Investment Company S.A to create Emporiki Asset Management M.F.M.C.
2009: CAAM acquires 100% Emporiki Asset Management M.F.M.C.
2010: Emporiki Asset Management M.F.M.C. rebranded into Amundi Hellas M.F.M.C.
