Asian REITs Guaranteed Fund
• Asian REITs Guaranteed Fund is an equity-linked portfolio management fund which invests primarily in interest-bearing securities, in order to secure its guarantee. The remaining portion of the Fund’s assets is used to enter Over-The-Counter (OTC) Options strategies, with REITs type underlying.
• Investing in this fund may involve direct and/or indirect exposures to market risk (including price volatility, interest-rate and currency risks), credit risk and liquidity risk. The fund is subject to the possibility of insolvency, bankruptcy or default of the counterparty with which it trades financial derivative instrument contracts outside of recognized exchange. This could result in substantial loss to a fund. Mostly, the tenure of the guarantee is subject to the guarantor’s default risk. Investors should also be aware that risks associated with emerging markets are usually higher than in developed markets. The use of OTC derivative instruments may also lead to exposure to risks attached to transactions in derivatives, which are usually higher than those attached to stocks and bonds.
• The capital guarantee of the fund applies only if the units are held to maturity date. Should you decide to redeem your holdings before the maturity date, you have to bear a higher share of the fees and expenses of the fund despite you shortened investment horizon, and that dealings before such date are fully exposed to fluctuations in the value of the fund’s assets. Unit trusts are NOT equivalent to time deposits.

• Indocam Guaranteed fund is a diversified guaranteed portfolio of fixed income securities, equities and cash.
• Investing in this fund may involve exposure to market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk. Mostly, the tenure of the guarantee is subject to the guarantor’s default risk. Investors should also be aware that risks associated with emerging markets as well as with small and medium companies are usually higher than in developed markets.
• The guarantee feature of the fund applies only if the units are redeemed to pay a benefit to a unitholder on a “Qualifying Event”. Please refer to the offering documents of the fund for details of the “Qualifying Event”.
• The value of the fund can be extremely volatile and could go down substantially within a short period of time. It is possible that your investment value could suffer substantial loss.
