Amundi HK - Green Planet Fund
• Amundi HK – Green Planet Fund is an equity fund.
• Investing in this fund may involve exposure to market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk. Investors should also be aware that risks associated with emerging markets as well as with small and medium companies are usually higher than in developed markets. The use of derivative instruments may lead to exposure to management and investment strategy risk and risks attached to transactions in derivatives.
• The value of the fund can be extremely volatile and could go down substantially within a short period of time. It is possible that your investment value could suffer substantial loss.

Indocam Hong Kong Global Balanced Fund
• Indocam Hong Kong Global Balanced Fund is a diversified unit portfolio management fund.
• Investing in this fund may involve exposure to market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk.
• Investors should also be aware that risks associated with emerging markets as well as with small and medium companiesare usually higher than in developed markets.

Indocam Guaranteed Fund
• Indocam Guaranteed fund is a diversified guaranteed portfolio of fixed income securities, equities and cash.
• Investing in this fund may involve exposure to market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk. Mostly, the tenure of the guarantee is subject to the guarantor’s default risk. Investors should also be aware that risks associated with emerging markets as well as with small and medium companies are usually higher than in developed markets.
• The guarantee feature of the fund applies only if the units are redeemed to pay a benefit to a unitholder on a “Qualifying Event”. Please refer to the offering documents of the fund for details of the “Qualifying Event”.
• The value of the fund can be extremely volatile and could go down substantially within a short period of time. It is possible that your investment value could suffer substantial loss.
• The investment decision is yours, but you should not invest in the product unless the intermediary who sells it to you has advised you that the product is suitable for you and explained why including how buying it would be consistent with your investment objective.
Amundi HK Portfolios Funds
• Amundi HK Portfolios is an umbrella unit trust consisting of different Sub-Funds investing in equities, bonds, money market instruments and other investment fund(s), each with different risk profiles.
• Some Sub-Funds may invest directly or indirectly through an underlying fund in global equity and fixed-interest instruments and will be mainly exposed to market risks, including (but not limited to) risks related to (1) the volatility of equity prices, (2) changes in interest rates, as well as (3) changes in prevailing foreign-exchange rates, as well as to liquidity risk and counterparty (credit) risk.
• Sub-Funds which invest in underlying investment fund(s) may be exposed to risks affecting the underlying investment fund(s).
• The value of the fund can be extremely volatile and could go down substantially within a short period of time. It is possible that your investment value could suffer substantial loss.
• The investment decision is yours. You should not invest in any of the subfunds of this Fund unless the intermediary who recommends it to you has advised you that the sub-fund is suitable for you and has explained to you why, including how investment in the sub-fund will be consistent with your investment objectives.
Amundi Harvest Funds
Amundi Asian Real Estate Dividend Fund
The Sub-Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth and to pay dividends on a quarterly basis by primarily investing in shares of Real Estate Companies and listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the Asia Pacific region including Japan.
This Sub-Fund’s distribution policy is not representative of the distribution policy of the underlying Real Estate Companies or REITs. Its potential dividend payouts are not guaranteed. The Manager has the sole discretion to determine whether a distribution is to be made and the frequency of distribution. Dividends may be paid out of income or capital gains of the Sub-Fund.
The Sub-Fund may invest in the following instruments:
- securities or instruments connected to emerging markets, which involve substantial market, regulatory, liquidity and volatility risks; and
- equity-linked notes, which involve substantial credit, counterparty, liquidity and volatility risks. Investing in the above instruments will result in potentially higher risks, and investors may suffer a loss of their investments in the Sub-Fund.
Since the investments of the Sub-Fund are concentrated in a single sector, volatility may be higher than more diversified funds. Investors should pay special attention to risks associated with Real Estate Companies/REITs.
Investors should note that the Sub-Fund may invest in equity-linked notes issued by companies within the Amundi, to which the Manager, the Investment Adviser and the Sub Adviser also belong, and this could result in potential conflicts of interest.

Amundi Bonus Builder China Fund
The Sub-Fund aims to:
1) achieve capital growth linked to the performance of the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI);
2) deliver to investors a Guaranteed Coupon on or about each Guaranteed Coupon Date and on each Dealing Day the continuous variable guarantee (subject to the Minimum Guarantee of HK$50 per Unit).
This Sub-Fund does not guarantee a return of 100% of the initial investment amount. Further, the Guaranteed Value of the Sub-Fund is calculated on a rolling basis and its amount is variable. Hence it should not be equated with a guarantee of 80% of the initial investment amount.
The Manager may at its discretion determine that distributions be paid from capital of the Sub-Fund.
The Guarantee (in respect of both the Guaranteed Coupon and Guaranteed Value) is provided by Société Générale S.A. (the Guarantor) and is subject to conditions. Please refer to the section titled “the Guarantee” and the Appendix for more details. The Guarantee is subject to the credit risk of the Guarantor: if the Guarantor defaults, the benefit of the Guarantee may be lost.
The Sub-Fund may invest in securities or instruments connected to emerging markets and futures contracts, resulting in potentially higher risks. Since the investments of the Sub-Fund are concentrated in a single market, volatility may be higher than more diversified funds.
The Sub-Fund will adopt a ‘Dynamic Portfolio Insurance” mechanism under which it may be exposed to up to 100% of the Risky Assets or up to 100% of the Less Risky Assets depending on market conditions. Due to the Guarantee mechanism, the return of the Sub-Fund may not reflect the performance of the China market.
If during the life of the Sub-Fund, its Net Asset Value or the Guaranteed Value is calculated to be less than or equal to HK$50 per Unit, the Sub-Fund will be terminated. The Sub-Fund will have its last Dealing Day in 2016 whereupon the Manager will terminate the Sub-Fund if the term of the Guarantee is not renewed and a replacement guarantee is not procured prior to the last Dealing Day in 2016.
Investing in the Sub-Fund may involve substantial credit, counterparty, market, regulatory, liquidity and volatility risks. Investors may suffer a loss of their investments in the Sub-Fund.

The Sub-Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth by investing primarily in shares of companies domiciled in the PRC or with actual / prospective operations in PRC that are listed in any regulated markets worldwide with an aim to capture opportunities from government / market/ enterprise changes and development.
The Sub-Fund may invest in the following instruments:
- securities or instruments connected to emerging markets, which involve substantial market, regulatory, liquidity and volatility risks; and
- structured notes, equity-linked notes, warrants and derivative instruments, which involve substantial credit, counterparty, liquidity and volatility risks. Investing in the above instruments will result in potentially higher risks, and investors may suffer a loss of their investments in the Sub-Fund.
Since the investments of the Sub-Fund are concentrated in a single market, volatility may be higher than more diversified funds.
Investors should note that the Sub-Fund may invest in structured notes or equity-linked notes issued by companies within the Amundi, to which the Manager and the Investment Adviser also belong, and this could result in potential conflicts of interest.
Any Performance Fee charged to the Sub-Fund will not be calculated on a unit-by-unit basis and no equalisation or series of units provisions will apply. As such, the Performance Fee payable may not reflect the individual performance of the Units in question.

The Sub-Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of securities which includes equities and debt securities of issuers with actual or prospective business operations in Vietnam. Investments are mainly in Vietnam listed companies with existing operations, assets or investments in Vietnam.
The Sub-Fund may invest in the following instruments:
- securities or instruments connected to emerging markets, which involve substantial market, regulatory, liquidity and volatility risks; and
- structured notes, participation notes and other derivative instruments in order to gain exposure to the Vietnam market, which involve substantial credit, counterparty, liquidity and volatility risks. Investing in the above instruments will result in potentially higher risks, and investors may suffer a loss of their investments in the Sub-Fund.
Since the investments of the Sub-Fund are concentrated in a single market, volatility may be higher than more diversified funds.
Investors should note that the Sub-Fund may invest in structured notes or participation notes issued by companies within the Amundi, to which the Manager and the Investment Adviser also belong, and this could result in potential conflicts of interest.
