The product(s) (the “Products”) mentioned on this website are:
- Amundi Fund and its sub-funds: Amundi Fund is an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities, constituted and compliant with the European Directive 2009/65/CE, existing under Part I of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010, organised as a société d’investissement à capital variable and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 68.806 , with its registered office at 5, allée Scheffer, L-2520 Luxembourg (“Amundi Fund”)

The Products have been authorized for sale by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the “CSSF”) in Luxembourg and for public distribution in Slovenia. Subscriptions in the Products will only be accepted on the basis of the Product’s latest complete prospectus authorized by the CSSF and key investor information document, their latest annual and semi-annual reports and their articles of incorporation that may be obtained, free of charge and on demand, at the registered office of the managing company, of Amundi or of SKB BANKA D.D. LJUBLJANA whose address is Ajdovscina 4, Ljubljana.

Prohibition of Late Trading and Market Timing
The Product does not authorize late trading or market timing practices and reserves the right to refuse subscription and conversion orders from an investor suspected of practicing late trading or market timing and, where necessary, to take the necessary measures to protect the shareholders of the Product.
Late trading means the acceptance of a subscription, conversion or redemption order received after the cut-off time for acceptance of orders on the relevant transaction date and its execution at the price based on the net asset value applicable that day.
Market timing means the arbitrage technique whereby an investor subscribes to and redeems or converts systematically Shares in the Product over a short period of time by exploiting the time differences and/or imperfections or deficiencies of a system for calculating the net asset value of the Fund. Market timing practices may upset the management of the portfolio and affect the Fund's performance.
The Product will refuse subscription, conversion or redemption orders received after the cut-off time for acceptance of orders on the relevant transaction date and its execution at the price based on the net asset value applicable that day.
