Merger of Luxembourg Flagship Umbrellas

What happened?

Having consolidated our position as the market leader in Europe and among the top ten asset management companies globally [1], we are pleased to confirm the merger of our two Luxembourg-domiciled flagship fund ranges – Amundi Funds and Amundi Funds II – to create a best-in-class target range.

How we selected the target range

We selected the best performing funds of the two ranges according to performance, fund size, share characteristics, and market potential. The resulting Amundi Funds flagship range offers our clients a streamlined, competitive and diversified fund offering across asset classes, leveraging on our deep local and global investment knowledge.

When did it happen?

The merger of the Luxembourg flagship umbrellas took place over four weekends in June 2019. The enhanced and streamlined Amundi Funds umbrella has been fully operational since 1 July 2019.
