Amundi’s Webinar Series

Amundi has launched a Webinar Series in partnership with Preqin, dedicated to Real Assets. With a first webinar held  in January 2021 on Infrastructure together with Preqin, KKR and Ardian, a second one in March on Private Debt in collaboration with Preqin, and a third edition on Real Estate in mid-April, this webinar series aims at shedding light on those complex but attractive asset-classes at a time of disruption and uncertainty.

What are the COVID-19 crisis’ impacts? What are the market trends for Europe? How to address these asset-classes from a long-term investment prospective?

How are ESG criteria incorporated into Amundi’s investment processes?

Real Estate as an asset-class has showed fantastic resilience during the pandemic in terms of income and capital value. There is currently an increasing move globally towards ESG in the asset-class.

Marc Bertrand, Head of Amundi Real Estate

For those investors with a medium to long-term investment horizon – from 5 to 10 years – Private Debt may represent a compelling offer with additional yield, an illiquidity premium, diversification, less volatility and less correlation than other assets.

Thierry Vallière, Global Head of Private Debt, Amundi Real Assets

We are seeking to make the infrastructure market accessible to all institutional investors, whatever their size or experience in the asset class. We can now offer an innovative hybrid investment strategy that seeks to benefit from recurring potential income, with a competitive fee structure and an ESG approach that is fully integrated into the investment process.

Guy Lodewyckx, Head of Private Markets Multi-Management, Amundi Real Assets
