Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Commitment

Amundi US firmly believes that an asset manager's responsibility extends beyond the purely financial aspect and is eager to be a driver of environmental progress and change. We strive to channel our social responsibility into tangible action in our business, corporate methods and environment through our commitments.

The firm has developed a Corporate Social Responsibility policy which includes these commitments.

  • Embracing Diversity & Inclusion, by attracting, developing and retaining a base of diverse employees which we believe is essential to our success.
  • Affirming our role as a corporate citizen by developing our patronage actions consistently over time and encouraging our employees to join socially responsible initiatives.
  • Limiting and reducing our direct environmental footprint, notably in terms of energy, paper and waste, by adopting eco-responsible practices throughout the company.

Embracing diversity  not only enhances our work culture, it also drives our business success. We believe that attracting, developing and retaining a base of employees that reflects diversity is essential to our success. Amundi US has well established relationships with several organizations whose focus is creating a diverse workforce in finance and investment management.

In 2018, the Diversity Ambassador Committee was formed with the goal of training the broader organization, and working with Management and Human Resources to develop strategies for deeper work on organizational inclusion and talent diversity initiatives.
