Amundi US' benefit programs are an important part of our associates' total rewards package. We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits program designed to support the diverse needs of associates and to give them and their families valuable resources to assist them in maintaining good health and well-being, in planning for retirement and balancing work and other life commitments.
Amundi US associates may choose from several different group medical insurance plans, through Blue Cross Blue Shield, which include prescription drug coverage for themselves and their families. Amundi US currently shares the cost of medical insurance coverage. All associates are offered three choices for medical coverage: a High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account and two PPO plans.
Amundi US currently offers two dental plans and shares in the cost of dental insurance coverage. Both plans provide coverage for preventive care and basic and major restorative care; one plan also includes orthodontia coverage.
Amundi US offers a comprehensive vision plan through UnitedHealthcare. The plan provides coverage for annual exams, frames, and contact lenses, as well as access to discounts for laser vision correction.
Amundi US automatically provides associates with basic life insurance, basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance and business travel accident insurance for their beneficiaries in the event of their death. Associates also have the option of purchasing additional levels of insurance coverage for themselves, for their spouse or for their children.
At no cost to them, associates are automatically enrolled in Amundi US' Long-Term Disability plan, which provides benefits when an associate has been fully disabled through a non-work-related illness or injury. During certain periods of non-work-related illness or injury, Amundi US provides short-term disability pay.

Amundi US makes a tax-free contribution each month toward associates' public transportation commuting expenses. Eligible associates can also have money deducted from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for a monthly transit pass or commuter debit card.
In an effort to encourage a healthy lifestyle, Amundi US will pay a portion of the cost towards associates' health club, fitness studio, or virtual fitness membership.
Amundi US' Employee Assistance Program is a free, confidential service providing professional counseling and resource referral information for Life Event Management and Financial and Legal Services to our associates and their household members.
Auto, home and other personal property insurance is available to eligible associates at special group rates through a voluntary benefit program.
Associates and their immediate family are eligible to make personal investments into Amundi US funds at net asset value (no sales charge) for life.
Amundi US provides eligible associates with adoption and surrogacy benefits in the form of reimbursement for certain expenses relating to the adoption and surrogacy.
Associates are eligible to be paid a referral bonus when a candidate they have referred becomes a regular full-time or part-time associate at Amundi US.
To encourage associates in their professional development, Amundi US has established a tuition assistance program designed to provide them with opportunities to enhance their competencies in their current positions and to prepare for advancement through continuing education.
The tuition assistance covers tuition, registration fees, lab fees and books, up to a maximum of $7,500 per year for full-time associates for qualifying courses. (Benefits for part-time associates are pro-rated based on the number of hours worked.) To qualify for tuition assistance, associates must have completed 90 days of service.
Throughout the year, associates are invited to attend periodic in-house seminars and presentations to stay abreast of the latest trends, products and services in the financial services industry and within the Amundi global organization.
Amundi US is committed to recognizing the achievements of our associates through a comprehensive Associate Recognition Program, which honors the outstanding contributions and service commitment of our associates through four types of rewards: Associate Achievement Award, Team Achievement Award, Spot Award and Service Award.
Amundi US offers two retirement plans to help associates reach their future financial goals and prepare for retirement.
The Savings and Investment Plan, Amundi US's 401(k) Plan, is a tax effective and convenient way for associates to save for their retirement. Participants may contribute between 1% and 50% of their base pay on a pre-tax basis (subject to IRS limits.) The company will match 100% of the first 2.5% contributed to the Plan. Participants are always 100% vested in their own contributions including the Company match. Each Participant decides how to invest his / her contributions including the Company matching contributions.
Amundi US's Retirement Benefit Plan is designed to provide associates with additional financial resources during post-employment years. Amundi US makes a semi-annual contribution to each participant's account in order to fund a targeted annual benefit. Associates become eligible to participate in the Plan, and are automatically enrolled, the first calendar quarter following one year of service. Each participant chooses from among many investment options offered by the Plan and is vested in the benefit over a six-year vesting period.
