Introduction
Stewardship has been at the core of our Responsible Investment approach since our inception and is now firmly established as a central pillar of our 2025-2028 Climate Strategy.
The 2025 edition of our Engagement Report, along with its Brief version, illustrate how our dedicated experts continue to translate this strategic commitment into concrete actions.
In 2025, we engaged with nearly 3,000 companies across all geographies and sectors through proactive dialogue and rigorous voting activity. Throughout the year, we continued to support companies in strengthening the integration of environmental and social considerations into their business practices, while promoting robust governance standards to build resilience in the face of today’s most pressing sustainability challenges.
Led by our research-driven approach and dedicated experts, we are well-positioned to identify emerging themes such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, or access to health, which may have a significant impact on companies and on our clients’ portfolios.
Our Stewardship in action
Through its detailed and comprehensive approach, the report reflects the depth, breadth, and credibility of our stewardship efforts:
Granularity: By taking a deeper look at specific themes, the report provides a clearer view of the quality and precision of our engagement activity.
Rationality: For each engagement theme, we set out the underlying economic drivers and the logic guiding our systemic engagement strategy, illustrating how our work is grounded in economic substance and aimed at addressing systemic challenges.
Impact: Featuring more than 100 case studies, the report shows our actions, and the outcomes they help achieve. These real-world examples provide tangible evidence of how our stewardship efforts contribute to long-term value creation.
