Our investment strategy

We empower growth with strategic investments

As an active minority investor we have a seat at the board of directors and own less than 50% of the companies which we invest in. We can also take a majority stake in consortium with other investors.

We focus on growth capital and buyout transactions. We have access to the best European private companies – often entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses, whose owners want to maintain control over them.

Private equity offering

We provide high value to the companies that we invest in thanks to:

Support for external and organic development and business transfers.

  • Privileged access to our business and banking networks (Crédit Agricole Group)
  • Expertise of the Amundi Group.

Strong regional network thanks to Crédit Agricole Group support for companies in the 37 countries of operation.

Support for the progress of SMEs and mid caps in terms of environmental, social and governance criteria.

Strong multi-sector expertise in supporting growing SMEs and mid caps.

  • Helping to structure the company to cope with growth
  • Active participation (strategic partner of the management team).

Our current offering

Our supported SMEs are positioned for significant growth by capitalising on long-term megatrends. They act as powerful catalysts for transformation and fuel significant company growth, making them attractive investment opportunities.

We currently have a private equity capital offer on megatrends through our Megatrends Programme, and a flexible capital offer with our Fleurons programme.

We integrate ESG at the core of our investment process and we apply a systematic approach on ESG with due diligence and ratings applied to the companies we invest in.
