Embracing an inclusive culture that recognizes & celebrates differences

At Amundi US, we know that each individual brings a unique and valued perspective.  We consider differences to include learning style, cultural norms, individual beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic experience and background  as well as race, gender, age and disability, among others.

Diversification is important for more than just portfolios

Our Vision for the future: We are committed to a globally diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace. Our inclusive culture promotes mutual respect, a collaborative work environment and sustainable growth, enabling each stakeholder to achieve their desired outcomes.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Expanding the talent pool to include more diverse candidates with varying degrees of experience and education provides access and insight to existing as well as new markets and clientele.

Expand Talent Pool

We partner with organizations advancing diverse candidates in the asset management industry, and train hiring managers in an effort to expand the talent pool and ultimately increase the diversity of the team.

Rethink Job Qualifications

Each time we hire or promote employees our goal is to rethink job qualifications to eliminate unconscious bias.

For example, eliminate requiring advanced degrees or a certain number of years of experience depending on the job and role.

Benefits to Support Diversity

Our Total Rewards benefit program is designed to support diversity of individual and family needs.

For example, addition of broader adoption and surrogacy benefits, and expanded parental leave benefits.
